StellarClean, LLC (“StellarClean,” “we,” “us”) provides commercial laundry and linen service from our plant in Warrensburg, New York. This policy explains what information we collect through stellarcleanlaundry.com, by phone, text and message, and in serving customer accounts, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Quote requests. When you fill out our form, we collect your name, phone number, email, company name and how you heard about us.
  • Customer accounts. Contact names, phone numbers and emails, delivery and billing addresses, service schedules, linen counts, invoices and payment records.
  • Calls, texts and messages. Calls to our office may be recorded for quality, training and to resolve service issues. We keep texts, voicemails and messages you send us, including messages sent through Google Search or Maps.
  • Website use. Our site records basic technical information such as browser type, device, pages visited and the referring site. We use Google Tag Manager and related Google tools to understand how visitors use the site. Our form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, which collects information Google uses to tell people from bots, under the Google Privacy Policy.

How we use it

  • To respond to quote requests and questions
  • To provide, schedule, invoice and manage service for our customers
  • To understand which marketing brings people to us and improve the site
  • To keep records required for our business, taxes and the law
  • To protect the site from spam and abuse

Text messages

  • If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your account and service, such as delivery updates and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.

Messaging through Google and our AI assistant

When you message us through Google Search or Maps, an automated AI assistant may answer first, and our team can see the conversation. Google processes these messages under the Google Privacy Policy. Please do not send card numbers or other sensitive information by message.

Healthcare linen

We do not need or want patient information. Please keep patient records, wristbands and personal items out of linen. If we find any, we return or securely destroy them and notify the customer.

What we don’t do

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our route and billing software, Customer Portal provider, phone, texting and email providers, website host, form tools and payment processor. They may use it only to do that work. We may share information with our sister company Saratoga Cleaners and Launderers, LLC when you ask about dry cleaning, or when required by law.

Customer Portal

The Customer Portal link on our site takes existing customers to a system operated by a third-party provider. Information you enter there is also handled under that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records as long as needed to respond, provide service and meet our business, tax and legal obligations. Call recordings are kept for one year unless needed to resolve an issue.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think your information has been misused.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
  • Ask us to review, correct or delete your information. We may keep records we need for active service, billing, taxes or the law.
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as spam protection on our form, may not work without them.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed. See also our Terms of Service.
